Just connect it across the battery and it displays the level from low to full, so you no longer have to guess with a multimeter. Important Usage Note
Use only with a single-cell (1S) 3.7V battery. Do not connect to 2S or higher (7.4V+) packs or a 5V supply, as it can damage the module. Observe polarity: red wire to battery +, black wire to battery -. The indicator shows an approximate level based on voltage, not exact capacity, and the reading may rise while charging.
