Important Usage Note
Output depends on sunlight, so the real power in cloudy weather or shade will be much lower than 3.5W. Panel voltage can rise to about 11V with no load, so do not connect it directly to a TP4056 module (input max 8V) or an Arduino. Use a solar charge controller or a buck converter set to the correct voltage, and add a diode to stop battery current flowing back into the panel at night. Keep the panel clean and place it facing the sun.
