MPU6500 6-Axis Gyro + Accelerometer: Motion Sensing for Robots, Drones and Wearables
The MPU6500 is a compact motion tracking module that combines a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer in one chip. It gives 16-bit digital output, so your Arduino, ESP32 or ESP8266 can measure tilt, rotation, vibration and movement accurately. It is a popular choice for EEE, CSE and Mechatronics students in Bangladesh building self-balancing robots, drones, gesture control and stabilizer projects.

Important Usage Note
MPU6500 is a 6-axis sensor, so it has no compass (for 9-axis, see MPU9250). Its WHO_AM_I ID (0x70) is different from MPU6050, so some old MPU6050 libraries may not detect it. Use an MPU6500 compatible library such as MPU6500_WE. For ESP32/ESP8266 use 3.3V logic.
